
TOROS GIRLS DIVISION
The TOROS FC Girls Division provides players with the opportunity to grow in a structured, competitive environment where development always comes first. Our experienced coaching staff designs every training session with a clear purpose, helping players strengthen their technical skills, improve their decision-making, and build confidence on the field.
Through age-appropriate instruction and progressive training, players develop both as individuals and as teammates, preparing them for success at every stage of their soccer journey.

TRIAL PROTOCOL
We are excited to meet new players who are ready to develop their skills in a positive, competitive, and family-oriented environment. To ensure your trial runs smoothly, please follow the guidelines below:
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Wear all-black athletic clothing. This allows our coaching staff to identify trial players during training easily.

Bring your own soccer ball.

U4–U7: Size 3

U8–U11: Size 4

U12 and Older: Size 5

Bring plenty of water and wear appropriate soccer footwear, including shin guards.
CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, all trial players must check in at the Toros FC trailer with our Club Manager. During check-in, you will:

Complete the trial registration process.

Purchase a temporary Toros FC practice shirt, which is required for participation.

Receive any additional information needed before training begins.
AFTER YOUR TRIAL
Following your training session, please return to the trailer to meet with the Club Manager. We will review your evaluation, discuss the most appropriate team placement, explain our development pathway, and answer any questions regarding registration and the next steps for joining Toros FC.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Consistent training is the foundation of player development at Toros FC. Our Girls Division follows a structured training schedule designed to help players build technical ability, tactical understanding, confidence, and a lifelong passion for the game.
Practice sessions are led by licensed and experienced coaches who provide age-appropriate instruction in a positive, challenging, and encouraging environment. Every training session is carefully planned to maximize player development while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Throughout the year, additional training opportunities, clinics, scrimmages, and special development sessions may be offered to provide players with even more opportunities to improve. Families will receive updates through the club's communication platforms whenever additional events are scheduled.
DIVISION LEVELS
At Toros FC, every player is placed in an environment that matches their current stage of development. Our four-tier progression pathway allows players to grow at their own pace while receiving the appropriate level of coaching, competition, and challenge.
WHITE
The White Division is the starting point for new and developing players. Training focuses on building strong technical fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in a positive, low-pressure environment. At this stage, long-term development is prioritized over winning, and parents are encouraged to support the learning process while allowing players to develop at their own pace.

NEON
The Neon Division is designed for players who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready for greater competition. BLACK
The Black Division is for highly committed players who are ready to compete at an advanced level. ACADEMY

Select Academy players may earn scholarships that help offset tuition based on their commitment, performance, and potential.
